About me

Hobbies: Traveling, swimming, backpacking, translating, and mountain biking.

 

Some of my proudest achievements: studying abroad in Israel for 8 months, being knighted as a Scarlet Key inductee at Boston University, backpacking for ten days in the Sierra Nevadas, working at a youth leadership camp for deaf teenagers (donate here!), receiving the San Diego Fellowship and the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship, and swimming in an abandoned cenote (you laugh, wait till you peer down into the mouth of one!).
